You Break Through

I absolutely love Village Smiles & Orthodontics! Everyone there is so sweet, helpful, organized, and welcoming. Karen and Deeanna, the two pretty ladies at the front desk, are AMAZING! They are always so helpful and patient with me, they help me figure everything out, book my appointments, work with me if I need to reschedule, and they always answer the phone and make sure I’m taken care of. They really go above and beyond and make everything so much easier. The dentist is always very clean, organized, and professional, and all of the staff are genuinely so nice. I also really appreciate how upfront and honest they are about my oral care. They always let me know when I need to do better with flossing or if I’m slacking, but they do it because they actually care and want me to have healthy teeth. Coming here honestly helped me realize how important staying on top of my oral hygiene really is. They’re also very understanding when it comes to payments. There have been times where I’ve had payment issues, and instead of making things difficult, they’ve worked with me and helped set up payment plans when possible. I really appreciate that because it shows they care about their patients and understand that things happen. If you get braces with them, they also give you an Oral-B electric toothbrush, which I think is such a helpful bonus, especially when you have braces and need to be extra careful with cleaning your teeth. The orthodontist staff are just as sweet and they always get me in and out without making me feel rushed. Overall, I’ve had such a great experience with both the dental and orthodontic side. Everyone is kind, helpful, honest, and actually cares about their patients. I’m so glad I chose them and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist or orthodontist. 10/10 experience every time! ❤️

Dr. Ortiz is an excellent transplant doctor. She extracted my tooth with ease and made me comfortable with anesthetic to make it painless ! She has great experience and respect for herself and patients . Her assistant too is kind and her demeanor shows in her work ! The front staff and Dr Cho and the whole office is kind curteous in helping dentistry to be affordable so you can stay healthy and have your teeth look good .! Thank you

Our son with Autism had an issue and needed an immediate dental exam. We were not sure if our son could even tolerate an exam or if we would even be able to go a dentist who could treat a patient with a disability. Dr. Zhang and his entire team stuck by our side with a great attitude, a great plan and we were able do xrays, the exam, a cleaning and a gum treatment. We were so grateful we left in tears, that was the first time we were EVER able to go to te dentist...and now we are lifelong fas. Thank you Dr. Zhang!!!! 🫶
