I had not been to the dentist in 10 years because of significant fear and anxiety, so I was honestly dreading this appointment. From the second I walked through the door, though, everyone was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. Keren helped get me checked in and went over all of my insurance options with me. She was kind, knowledgeable, and patient, and she made sure I understood everything and knew what my options were. Dr. Cho immediately made me feel at ease. He took the time to talk with me about what I wanted and, more importantly, what my fears were. He explained everything thoroughly and helped me understand the meaning behind what he was seeing and recommending. I truly cannot say enough good things about him. He was absolutely amazing. Shay, who I believe was the dental tech, was also wonderful. She was so kind and friendly and made the entire experience feel lighthearted. She talked to me like I was a friend, which made such a difference when I was already nervous. Faryall, the hygienist, was equally fantastic. She made sure I knew exactly what was going to happen before she did anything and continually checked in with me throughout the appointment. Honestly, everyone on the team consistently checked in on me—whether they technically needed to or not—and that level of care meant so much to me. At one point during my appointment, I literally texted my best friend: “Good vibes with this dentist. Very respectful, understanding, and kind. Def helps with my dental anxiety.” 😂 I walked in expecting to be anxious and uncomfortable, and I walked out feeling genuinely proud of myself and grateful that I found such an incredible dental team. I could not have asked for a better experience, especially after avoiding the dentist for so long. If you have dental anxiety or have been putting off going to the dentist because of fear, please give this office a chance. They truly made me feel safe, respected, and cared for from beginning to end.
